1. You may also want to register your catch name with the county if you are planning to do business under an alias name.
 
2. If you plan to use a banking account to separate Business from Personal funds, you will need to follow the rules under the 1st step.

3. In Business you need expenses... like advertising, business meeting, and travel & board.. etc. all of which are tax deductions. Why business expenses, because the more you make the more taxed you get. Deductions and Losses help offset what you make, because it's a cost of doing Business.

Thus a website is your advertising platform to reach a broad audience to service(s) or talent you have to offer. You can start off low price (basic) or high-cost (a bit more for website programmers).
